			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">LocalBroadcastSales members requested a method for evaluating the comprehension of concepts taught in each of our on-demand sales trainings.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We listened to your valuable suggestion and are proud to announce the addition of <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>L</strong><strong>BS Evaluations</strong></span>!<span id="more-61"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong> Learn How to Take an Evaluation </strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">After you have completed a series of trainings, click on the <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>“Evaluations”</strong> </span>tab on navigation bar to the left of the video box.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Then select the Evaluation for the training you just completed.   There is approximately one question for each video module in the trainings series.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">At any time, you can click on <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>“Previous”</strong> </span>to go back and review a question or change an answer.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Evaluation Results</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">After you have completed your evaluation, click <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>“Submit Evaluation”</strong></span> on the same page as the last question.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Your score will be generated immediately, along with the correct responses to any questions you answered incorrectly.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Your results will also be e-mailed to the address you used to create your LBS account, as well as any managers you added to your account profile page.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>E-mail Your Results to Managers</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">To e-mail your evaluation results to one or two of your managers, please visit your account page by clicking on <span style="color: #3366ff;"><span style="color: #000000;">“</span><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Update Account”</span> </strong></span>on the top right of any page.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Score down to the section of your profile called <span style="color: #3366ff;"><span style="color: #000000;">“</span><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Evaluations”</span>.</strong></span> There you will see fields where you can add the name, title and e-mail address of managers you want your results e-mailed to.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Questions About Evaluations </strong></p>
